Excellent beachfront hotel with great amenities. The property is conveniently located close to the beach in a pleasant neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with quality beds that ensure a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a nice variety of tasty options. The hotel features multiple swimming pools, providing plenty of options for guests to relax and enjoy. All facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly. Приехали в час дня, заселились в 15:00 ни минутой раньше. Сказали заселение по расписанию, гуляйте 2 часа. На улице был дождь, зонт не дали, зонты в номерах, через 2 часа возьмёте и пойдёте гулять с зонтом а пока крутитесь вертитесь сами. Заселяясь в резорт ожидаешь как минимум велком дринк, но и этого не было. В номере было сыро, очень странно работал кондер, то северный полюс то жара. Не знаю как у остальных, но у меня возникли сложности с настройкой. Бассейн синей плиткой работает с 8 до 19, бассейн с черной плиткой работает с 8 до 22 . Вода в синем теплее. Хороший завтрак. Думаю каждый найдёт для себя что поесть. Так же на территории есть спортзал

فندق جميل و مرتب و نظيف .. يناسب العائلة و العزاب … يقع مباشرة امام شاطيء كمالا و الشارع فيه خدمات و قريب جدا تقدر تمشي و تتجول .. ان كان لي عودة باذن الله سيكون من الخيارات الجميلة 👌🏼

It is a good hotel. People who complain should compare the prices first. For $70 per night for a couple, we got a clean room and breakfast. The location is superb.

Приятный отель, не 5 звезд конечно, но все на неплохом уровне. Находится 50 метров от пляжа Камала. Уборка качественная, ежедневно,, в номере чисто. 7елевен, аптека, кафешки в 15 метрах от отеля. Завтраки не брали, питались в разных кафе на пляже.

酒店最大的優點是位置好，入住歐美人居多，酒店大堂左轉10米路就是711，酒店對面活馬路就是卡馬拉海灘，交通是相當的方便，酒店泳池能滿足小朋友的需求了，就是我住的房型沒有電梯，行李是服務生幫忙搬上搬下的，還是挺累人的活，總體來説，性價比很高！

A Tourist Trap – 訂房網站 Should Remove This Hotel. 訂房網站 did make a genuine effort to help me. They contacted the hotel on my behalf and tried to negotiate a refund after I reported serious issues. Unfortunately, the hotel refused — and it quickly became clear why. Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel is a complete tourist trap. They pretend to “solve” problems by switching rooms, but all rooms are in equally poor condition: broken or noisy air conditioning, unclean facilities, and zero concern from staff. The truth is, there’s no way to fix these issues, and they know that — which is exactly why they hide behind a strict no-refund policy. Instead of doing the right thing, the hotel focuses on defending itself and avoiding responsibility. I feel like a total sucker for having trusted this place, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way after staying there. My strong recommendation to 訂房網站: remove this property from your platform. It damages the trust your users place in your listings and harms the experience of international travelers.

Great hotel across from Kamala Beach, older style furnishings however the rooms were very clean. The aircon also worked well. I initially booked into a pool access room however as there were children in the pool making excessive noise I requested a room change. The reception staff were very accommodating and facilitated a villa towards the rear of the property. Staff were very friendly and polite. Plenty of restaurants close by. Note the main pool is closed for renovations. The price of around THB1,000 per night is appropriate for this property.
